Note: Any Private sector employment-related lie-detection, truth verification, testing must strictly comply with EPPA rules and regulations, regardless of technology utilized. Federal, State and Local Government Agencies are exempt from EPPA requirements.

Every employer subject to the Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA) shall post and keep posted on its premises a notice explaining the Act, as prescribed by the Secretary of Labor. Such notice must be posted in a prominent and conspicuous place in every establishment of the employer where it can readily be observed by employees and applicants for employment.

A copy of the poster is available in two versions: One for a color printer and one for a black and white printer. The printer should have at least 1 MB of memory.
